Balancers

Is there such a thing as a feed balancer that is low calorie and doesn’t contain biotin? My cob needs a feed to get his joint supplement but he has mallanders so can’t have biotin. He’s an extreme good doer so must be low in calories, sugar and starch. I’ve had a look but can’t seem to find one.

Does it have to be a balancer? If it's just for supplements why not add a vit & min supplement and feed a plain chaff as a carrier?

Pure Balance? I feed Pure fibre balance, it is a complete chaff/balancer, it's lower calorie, starch and sugar than the Pure balance (which is just balancer in little pellets)

Forageplus do bespoke balances, I assume they could make something up for you.

Equivita do bespoke and its normally cheaper then FP. They def have biotin free mixes as well though.
