Bales of shavings - how much do you pay?

I pay £6.50 from the yard or if I bother to go down to the local saddlery then £6. So no real difference, that's for Hunters.

I get mine from the local woodshavings merchant. They're £4.40 which IMO is cheap but some bales are really heavy and a few come up light. It's pot luck what you get.

We sell them for between £4.80 and £5 a bale, as to how many you want delivered

£7.10 from my yard! think they make their money from us DIYs that way! going to have to start going to the tack shop myself as is 5.99 there!

We sell Millwood, which is the west country Snowflake under a different brand name, for £6.50, but discount a lot for pallet loads, and even more if you have a pallet load and we can just forklift it onto your own transport!

A lot of customers are moving onto miscanthus though, we sell Fennington Fibres at £5.25.
