Really glad to see he’s retiring but staying with OT
Not an OT fan. So glad he's finally retired the horse and I really hope he can live a long and peaceful retirement. Do love a nice grey.
OT was very lucky to have such a wonderful horse who excelled at the big tracks.
That’s what I thought when the article said he’d be officially retiring at Burghley this year. I hope they explain this to him because he’ll be there to competeHappy retirement BC!
I loved seeing him at events! He was always so naughty when not competing!
I might actually go to Burghley this year just to see him and say goodbye. That’s what I thought when the article said he’d be officially retiring at Burghley this year. I hope they explain this to him because he’ll be there to compete![]()
I agree - some horses thrive on the YR circuit, but at 19, I too am glad he is staying with OT - he's been there since he was 5.Delighted to see Thomas stepping down to become a hairy and fat OAP, he’s more than owed this.
Not sentimental at all. I might join you.I might actually go to Burghley this year just to see him and say goodbye.
Which is a ridiculously sentimental thing to even consider, but he is a special horse.
