Have waited for 2 months to get a competition to come up thats within 3 hours travel and we get ballotted !!

Why oh why havent BE staggered the local comps? Ive got 3 in a row in August (just like the comps at the start of the season all fell one weekend after another).. Grrr.....

I know me too-i was ballotted from MK and now this...will probably get ballotted from Burnham as well- then i practically do not have anywhere to run my youngster at all this season....will try keysoe/holdenby and oasby but i really can not go further than those.

OH has achieved 3 events this year.... that makes his BE membership £40 per event, £16 for a day ticket for Bob, £70 for the entry to the event - a total of £126 ... and thats before I work out the cost of getting there, food etc etc.

Ruddy costly exercise!!

I'd try Aston unaff, Keysoe unaff and tweseldown unaff - cheaper, better prize money, decent courses and still taking entries!!
