I livery on a yard I recently had my horse at gives her horse banana's!!! the horse managed to get the peel off and ate the middle, ive never even thought about giving my horse a banana, has anyone else fed them to their horses?

One of mine loves them. The others won't touch them at all!

I was told not to feed skins though. Apparently, because they're porous they absorb all the chemical sprays and insecticides.

Probably OK if you feed organic!

my welshie acted like she'd been abused by the thing and proceeded to stamp it into the ground (okkayyy lady got issues with da banannas!!!) so not for her

We have 3 on our yard that love bananas and my boy at home will eat them too.
We peel them for them first though as I don't think they would be able to digest the skin.

Mine loves banana, she looks like she's eating peanut butter when she eats it, I think it sticks to the roof of her mouth

My old lad loves them! With or without skin!

Milly didn't know what they were to start with and would leave them in her feed. So, I put them in there to slow her down!

But, she has decided they are rather yummy too!
