Does anyone here jump their horse in bandages?

Currently my horse can't go anywhere or do anything without bandages. No boots, and no bare legs. He's sound, but has a leg infection that flares up whenever he's exposed to anything - field, stable, school surface... everything irritates his legs. So, jumping in bandages - yay or nay?

No reason why not at all! My older event mare used to jump better in polo bandages than she did in jumping boots, i always assumed it was because they are softer and not as restricting.

She jumped up to Intermediate with bandages on.

i have sj'd in bandages quite a bit.

wouldn't go xc without them being stitched though as i would be terrified of them unravelling!

Can't edit my post above, but to add it was only SJ i used bandages for, i always used XC boots for XC on her.

Thanks :) Would have liked to go xc schooling, but with the ground as hard as it is I'll be staying in the school. I was worried about them unravelling, though, so glad it should be ok :)
