All this talk of matchy-matchy has got me thinking! (ouch!)

What sort of bandages do you use for your training - I've seen some people just use fleece polo bandages, or those half fleece half elastic ones. Is using leg wraps/pads & a bandage just too old fashioned or is it still the 'proper' way of bandaging?

Interested in your thoughts! :p

I only use fleece ones, i find the elastic ones too easy to over tighten, although the half and half ones are better i still prefer the fleece ones :) (and i don't have a set of four that match, so perhaps ignore my opinion :p)

I either use Stephens half fleece half elastic or Fleece/Polo bandages with Eskadron climatex linings underneath which keep the legs cooler. I never banadage with nothing underneath!

Usually fleece bandages, or fleece/elastic bandages. Sometimes use eskadron climatex wraps underneath as well (and for travelling!)
