Banging my head gently against the wall...

My old mare was like this. I used to just cycle through the different 'fillers' - as soon as she stopped eating one, we'd change back to one she used to like.

I also had one who seemed to have a hyperactive immune system - he never had a worm either but would overreacted to vaccinations (breathing problems - bute resolved them). A horse brought in lice one time and the others were mildly itchy while large patches of his skin fell off (it was hideous - he looked like he had been burned).

Agrobs mash is the only thing I've found that fussy mare will eat consistently.

I've had the look of disgust turned on me many times with many different (often previously fine) feed combinations.

Ah that's a shame. I order mine online, but I suppose that might not be an option for you way up there?

I susoect delivery will cost almost as much as a bag! ? we tend to get hit with obscene charges for bigger, heavier items...

Bloody creature just ate up her tea like there was never a problem! I increased the dry amount for all of them together from 1.5 topspec cups to 2 topspec cups... and that was apparently enough to dilute the taste of the minerals to acceptable levels again!

Fgs.

Now I have a dilemma because I don't want the hassle of getting the Meadow Magic again so need to replace it with something anyway. I actually think she likes drier feeds too rather than a mash.

Glad she's eating again, hope you cam find a replacement for the Meadow Magic though!

Just got mine eating consistently again after months of stress (mostly mine!) with spillers speedy mash, not my first choice but it gets the good stuff into her that she won’t touch on its own, so we compromise.
It’s apple flavoured and does smell pretty damn good.
Releve worked for a week or so until the novelty wore off.

After some surfing around I think I might try L mix from Allen and Page. I think she might prefer a drier chaffy mix type feed... and I should be able to get it because I can get fast fibre easily. It's low enough in sugar and starch and energy that I can feed a slightly larger volume to hopefully hide the powders better... I'll get some Re-leve as well as a back stop. I'm pretty sure she'll demolish Re-leve, and I can use it as a top dressing on the lower calorie feed...

None of these are my ideal feed but I really am a bit limited to the big brands for bigger bags of feed where I am.
