I do think the ban is sending the right message but it's sad that he has a sidekick who is at least as bad, on top of other people supporting him. I don't know if conditions on the yard will improve and entries will just be done in a different name.
There was a girl who's pony fitted at the yard after being poisoned with bromide. This could have been a lot worse for the girl as well as the horse as she was leading it when it collapsed. I think the prior ban applies to another horse in his care though, so it looks like it's something they believe is acceptable to use.
