Banned from riding down our driveway?

I do agree its up to the person who owns the land to sort out ROW either he has or has not(not all ROW are on deeds as some were so old that they were not registerd on deeds). If he has used it for X amount of years uninterrupted he could claim a use but at end of day he has to prove that use. Either he hasnt got it or cant be bothered to pursue it. He is silly to give up a ROW but its up to him. If its not going to suit you it would probably be easier to move out and find somewhere else. Good luck He doesnt sound so supportive.

I had to read 6 pages before a like-minded rider said what I feel! Just ride - if someone comes running out then hey presto you can have a gentle but persuasive chat with them. I expect there is only one miserable git stirring up trouble!

Tell the farmer that you need to ride out onto the safer road .

A fellow rebel! People are way too conforming in this country, and sometimes the right thing is to "stick it to the man" and just get on with it!
