Barbaric - Horse Shot With a Longbow!!!

Absolutely ghastly and appalling attack on an innocent creature. Could have been a child or another person.
I hope that this poor horse makes a full recovery and that the person or people responsible are caught and prosecuted and suffer a long custodial sentence.
The person or people responsible should be sterilised as should their parents and any siblings or off springs to prevent their ghastly genetics being inherited by anyone else.
 
The arrow itself, the nock and fletchings are quite distinctive. If the authorities can get the local archery clubs involved it should be possible to identify whose arrow that is. As a rule archers are very sensible and will be appalled at this crime.
 
I hope that whoever did this, that their reproductive organs rot and fester, and drop off, hopefully they haven't bred already and produced any offspring, as they are obviously genetically mentally faulty.
