BARBARIC...Rollkur is this really the Dressage world? photo

Oh FFS! Feel for the horse so much- it's horendous. Can't actually cope with looking. The cruelty is shameful - what some people will do to get a bloody rossette- that horse will never really try for whoever did that to it though. It will never give 100%.
 
Please would someone remove the "dressage" part from the heading. Actually slightly insulted that the OP immediately assumed that this was in Germany and that it was for Dressage, believe it or not - Rollkur is not the dressage world. That would be like saying rapping is the jumping world

The man who did this has been arrested and is probably going to serve time in a South African jail, alongside all the rapists and murderers - our prisons aren't great but they're not supposed to be:)

Calm down hun you're not the only one who does dressage :rolleyes:

Everyone makes assumptions, obviously OP's assumption was wrong but it has been noted in the thread, more than once, that it isn't a dressage stud. Stop fretting.

If the rumours are true and the owner is going to prison I hope he gets his just deserves in there vile person!!!!!!!!!!!!

See if he is so quick to do it to another horse ??? it would be nice to make sure he was'nt in a fit state to do anything to another horse ....Ever...
 
And if anyone is as worried as they come off to be you can donate to the HHCU, law suits aren't for free/cheap and these horses will be confiscated and will need medical attention, feed, new shoeing, etc - and none of that is pro bono either :)
 
Horrific...but neither dressage nor rollkur for that matter. Has already been said but wish OP had thought for 2 minutes before coming up with his/her title - mistaken sensationalism will not help either this horse or any other subject to such harmful practices.
