I need to replace two pairs of Old Macs (after about 4 years of reasonably heavy useage), and I like the look of the Renegades. However they are obviously more expensive than all the other boots - are they worth it? I'd expect them to be easy to put on and to last a long time to justify the extra cost.
I've tried Gloves, and they were difficult to use and came off the horses when they cantered (two different horses, and I had used a fit kit). I ordered some Cavallos recently but the sizing was way out so they went back, and I'm not sure I liked the quality so not planning to order any more. Old Macs have been great, but they are a little bit clumpy, which is why I'm looking at alternatives.... any experiences would be useful!
