Barefoot taliban - feet, work, feed etc

A huge improvement on when they were shod. That shoeing was terrible. Thank goodness you took the shoes off and gave him a chance. He's lovely.
 
I'm not a barefoot person but just felt compelled to say well done. Can't believe anybody could leave a horses feet like that, whether your into shoes or not that his feet were shameful!
As I said before I'm not a 'barefooter' but read these threads with interest even if your horses are shod some of the diet advice for helping certain conditions is really good reading.

Good job !!!!

I feed my BF horses lucerne (alfalfa) chaff every day (about 400-500 grams), but it is just straight chaff. It's a good source of protein and calcium, but like all things more is not necessarily better. :)
