Bargain lightweight turnout recommendations please

Am looking for a lightweight turnout with neck that stands up to the sort of prolonged rain that we've had recently (do they actually exist?!) To save me having to layer 2 lightweights on top of each other which is what I've had to do this week! On a tight budget as I need to buy 2. Have looked on ebay and seen Gallop, Sheldon, and Equidor less than £30 a rug but anyone got any experience of these? Dont want to waste my money buying something thats no more waterproof than a fly rug!
SHIRES TEMPEST with the cross over buckles...
Depends on what front buckles you want - I like the cross over ones on the front as I hate the dog clip ones and a loath having to put straps into buckles so................
I tonight have just brought this one >>http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/261852253...49&var=560701007604&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT. I brought one for my boy and am very happy with it and I like these buckles the best too

Another vote for Shires. I bought a Highlander no fill and the pony wearing it has been as dry as a bone even in the worst of the recent downpours!
My only bugbear is the buckles at the front. I prefer clips or T-bars(which most of the Shires rugs have) but hey, for the price I wasn't that fussed!

Is this no fill or lightly padded? I need a new ~100g turnout but finding it so hard to source a decent one.

I've recently bought a 1200denier Weatherbeeta no fill combo for £45, I've always found them to be very good but haven't tried this particular one. The shires ones are great too.

I thought the 600/1200 denier was about withstanding tears, not waterproofing? I've always found the Amigo lightweights very good but tear easily. Requisite come in funny colours but mine last ages, was very disappointed with Shires.

Swish do a nice 100g fill, 1200d outer in standard or + neck, I got a standard one a few months ago for £44ish.

I just bought a Weatherbeeta Genero (the standard neck one, 1200d outer, no fill) from Decathlon for £29.99.

Sheldon rugs are very good, i have just purchased 6 of them for our horses and they are superb. There was a guy selling them at HOYS and he said they were the best value for money rugs he'd ever sold.
