Neighbour leaves springer in a cage when he goes out. Poor dog gets very little exercise. When they go out they put it in a small cage and it barks constantly. Last night until 2 pm.
I have spoken to neighbour before but not the most reasonable person.
The house is rented and have already spoken to the letting agent with no success.
Apart from feeling very sorry for the dog I can't stand the noise.
What can I do?
 
Contact your council dog warden and they'll get you to complete a noise questionnaire usually for 2 weeks.
Also if you're sure the dog is in the crate for the whole time and its hours upon end then perhaps report to RSPCA as they'll then check it has access to water etc.
A visit might be the kick in the pants the owner requires?
