Thank you for all the replies guys - it's so nice to know that I am not the only one who is or has experienced this crazy and pathetic behaviour....lets be honest - the "horsey worlds" are like this no matter what country you may be in but this woman is mad as a hatter!
The YO hasn't done anything about it because as far as he is concerned the stable is mine and I was there first so he has backed me 100% all the way but won't tell her to leave so she directs the abuse his way....which I can understand I mean the guy is 60 years old (and the rest) and just wants a quiet life and to watch people enjoying being on his premises with their horses!
To give you an update:
It had been confirmed the stable would be emptied on 31st July or before to retun back to me as my horse is on it's way from Spain and therefore I wanted time to clean stable and make repairs that HAD to be done (loose brick by doorway/internal door between stables has a gap underneath he could get foot caught in etc) however the YO asked if I would do him a favour and allow this woman to keep the horse in there for one more week because then it was being transported from Malta to Sweden (Owner of horse in my stable is not crazy lady but her friend who she also works for....)
I agreed to this as I was doing it for the horse - I had her on livery before she was sold to this woman and I didn't want her to have the stress of moving stables for one week potentially upsetting her before she had a long journey full of stress to Sweden....
Crazy Swedish woman confirmed the date she would be gone but did not confirm if stable/area that was mine would be cleared or not...she also demanded I tell her when my new horse arrived so she could "control hers"
I didn't reply....as I didn't need stable cleared straight away and didn't have exact date of arrival of my horse plus tbh i only wanted to contact her when I had to and no more!
The horse left on the Thursday as she had confirmed so I rang my handyman who confirmed he could come on Saturday to give me a quote and timescale required on the jobs that I needed plus some extra improvement I would like
I then received a message from her regarding transport for me horse which confused me - I mean why would she do that?! Then it escalated into her ranting at me....
This is where it gets crazy - she kicked off at me for politely asking her when stable/area would be cleaned - I didnt want my handyman having to wade through **** or climb over things plus as you guys had mentioned I was going to padlock stable - so after clarifying I simply wanted confirmation I blocked her on FB.
She then sent me a text message accusing me of hurting her horse - which infuriated me! I would NEVER hurt a horse!So again as luckily i have an iPhone I blocked her.
The next day she sent me a text from another number because she didn't like a post I put on FB (which she shouldn't have been able to see...) which did not mention anything specific and no names were added - it was a typical non specific FB rant
Again I have blocked her.
Thankfully all is now quiet but I wouldn't put it past her to find another phone to message from!
After speaking to YO, my OH and friends(and listening to you guys) I will not allow this woman to get her own way! I have actually spoken to one of my friends who is a lawyer who has confirmed under Maltese law I have enough evidence of her threatening and harrassing behaviour to place an order on her where she has to stay away from me - in the case of the stable situation the Police would tell her to relocate for 2 reason;
I have paid my stable up until the end of the year
I was there first and can provide witness statements/evidence to confirm this is true
So I have big balls because I know if she continues, as long as I keep my cool and play by the book, I will win!
