hi guys,

you may have seen my post in veterinary, I have now spoken to my vet and he said it may be lice!!!! I have never delt with them before so need some advice just bought this and was wandering if anyone has used it or can recomend the best was to get rid of the bloody things!!!! its making me itch just writing about it!!!! eeerrr!!

The West gate Gold Label stuff is really good its only about £5 for a big tub its also for use on cattle, you must remember to clear out all bedding and not forget to treat silly things like, your head collar, brushes & boots ect.
 
Yes, I found it works, but my vet recommended we use Lincoln Louse Powder, the one that says not for use on horses - now that was very effective and IS safe to use on the neds. Remember to clean all your grooming kit and rugs and do any other horse in contact.
Apart from that, Deosect - the fly spray - is also very effective.
