'bartering' for insurance

Right, I've had my insurance renewal from Petplan and it's gone up, even though I've not changed anything or claimed- I called them to see if they could do me deal (like they do with car insurance, phones etc) but they don't Thinking of shopping around, but am quite happy with them, has anybody experienced this, and what insurance companies are you all with? Thanks X

Nfu have put there prices up too. I decided to stay with them because of the service I've had. I lowered mg horses value which brought my premium down abit. I looked at moving to petplan but they were more expensive for the same cover. Depends how much they have put it up on you I guess.
