Base layer, long back - any ideas?

Try Helly-Hansen - it's the only thing my brother wears when cycling 50 mile round trips (and he thinks I'm nuts for riding horses

) Actually think ALL his cycling kit is Helly Hansen.

Also, sounds stupid but the Joules Tally (v-neck) or Aspen (roll neck) are really long, stretchy and warm. They're not wicking or anything but are quite thin. If they're not online ie: sold out, let me know as I could probably get you one anyway

Mum found me a great helly henson one from an outlet near us - its super long would strech and come down to my knees and im 5ft 7! Also i have my racing one - its not a nelly one but similar and very warm and wicking

These are the best 2 i have found!

I was given a cycle jersey once, and its is really long and fitted (like an extra skin), with long sleeves and a roll neck that has a zip so you can self ventelate if you need to. Its really warm, by far the best thing I have ever had. No idea how much they retail but maybe pop by a cycle shop and take a look, the one I have is about 20 years old now!

Underarmour is without a doubt the best I have tried, I have a fairly long back, and I got away with a small (I wanted it tight fitting!), try any of the local golf shops or JJB sports.

I also use Under Armour and it is the best.

They do hot and cold weather gear.

I use one of the golf polos with UA underwear and shorts under my breeches on really cold days. No gaps, cold breezes and best of all warm back and bum

For dresssage UA boyshorts and Body Glide make sitting trot much more comfortable!
