Who has one, and are they really better to ride in than my usual polo shirt?

I am wondering about going all burgundy matchy-matchy for Jensen's XC colours - or maybe plum - I don't know, I can't decide....

base layer are waaay better to ride in then polo shirts. a lot more breathable, lighter and give you more movement. I just buy cheap ones from sport shops sales - any of the horse brands cost a fortune more. I go through so many during the week that I just buy cheap ones in nice colours and wear them with a gilet

Great thanks :) I'm now having a nightmare finding a burgundy base layer shirt that actually matches any burgundy saddle pad I can find.... who knew there were so many versions of burgundy :D :D

Sorry to jump in but are there any that are better for short riders? I find most of them are way to long on the body and arms for me.

i get mine from Custom XC they are really good quality and you can play around with the designs before you buy - they have tonnes of colour combinations too :D

another vote for decathlon for XC base layers, especially if you can fit into the boys14 football and rugby selection of layers, great value,

I don't really do XC but I love the Noble Outfitters base layers (good for us shorties too Bernster)

These do look nice so might try one. I did find the colour set I wanted through stylish steeds. I've not heard of them before but I had a specific colour and pattern that I couldn't find anywhere else.
