Basic riding!

The riding position in all four of these videos is so elegant, and i need tips on to how to get mine like this, i have watched all four videos and here are the links, i know that your position is going to differ slightly from being on a stimulator and then onto an actual horse:

I like the three below too because the lady's position is so still on the stimulator but i suppose it will change slightly when your on a real horse, and i'd like the first due to the way she seems to absorb the movement
 
A lot of it is to do with core strength, and yoga or pilates can be beneficial for this.

Also getting someone to film you (or filming yourself) and watching it back to analyse what you're doing helps a LOT. I had no idea that I tipped forwards when I rode! When I watched a video I was SHOCKED, my position got a radical overhaul, and I feel is a lot better and more secure for it. The main thing that helped me was lengthening my stirrups and picking up my hands and keeping them in the correct position. It's quite hard to resist the temptation to widen and lower them!
