Hi i'm new on here, hello people!

Looking to maybe do a few shows this year, maybe just at the riding school/local club. Its only the odd bit of dressage and small show jumps to start with is the plan. What do i need, shirt and tie or stock, and what colour jacket or tweed would be best?

Hi. Welcome.

Probably shirt and tie would be best for showing, not sure about stocks or stressage. However don't spend a fortune on a tweed jacket, try your local charity shps, they have loads, a male friend of mine got one for about £10 last year which had never been worn, and he looks great in it.

PS - Love the name - don't suppose you've been listening to the Chris Moyles show lately have you????

ok cheers! No i dont intend on spending a fortune, just want something smart enough!

Yep i have been listening, there has been some absolute crackers ont there! It is what spurred on my name when thinking - years ago my sister had a pony and he was called toby, and in my ignorant brotherly style always called it toblerone due to its colourings!

Hello, just had to comment that your name made me chuckle! At least you didn't go for Amil Keeway...!
I agree with the previous poster, but expect you may be better off with a solid colour jacket for dressage. If they're held at a local RS maybe give them a ring to clarify the 'dress code'?
Good luck and enjoy!
