Basil-Salmanella update

Basil has gone back downhill again. Off his food again. Waiting for vet-again. Got my hopes up too soon i think. also the Ferret was dead this morning.
Thinking of going back to bed and getting out the other side.
I am sure other people are in a worse predicament than me today, i should not moan. Why do i do my job? Yes one of those days

I am so sorry to hear this... I would suggest you getting him into an equine hospital facility, although they may be unwilling due to the fact he actually has the salmonella

But I think he may benefit from having some fluids etc. via an IV.

Thankyou everyone. I think he would benefit from being taken in. It is a hospital i use. going back to the field nw to sort out others. Sh1t shovelling always cheers me up. Too tired to be miserable.
