Do they all have the interchangeable gullet systems? Or is it just the newer ones?

I think it is just the newer ones, I have seen a couple of older ones on ebay that specifically say they are not the changeable gullet.

I have the one of the older ones, but it's amazing, however, has no interchangable gullet

HOw old is old. I bought one over five years ago and it had the interchangeable gullet plates.

Hhhmm mine is approx 4/5 years too.
Maybe just decided not to go for interchangable gullet system, i'm not sure.
