bath and west schedule is confusing me?

I have just looked at the B&W schedule online. When i looked about 10 days ago they still hadnt uploaded it and said it would be on shortly. Anyhow, its on now and i have looked through and it says that online closing dates are on the 18th april?? which i dont really get as they have only just put it up?? And in big bold letters we will not acept late entries! Thats my first confusion. My next is i cannot find anything for mine to do :-/ I want to do inhand with them both as 1. my tb is not in ridden work 2. my mare has not yet got the brain to go into a showground that big and do a ridden class without throwing me off, she is very good with me on the ground though. But even if i did a ridden class with her, i cannot find anything for her to do that is for a novice horse. She is registered with sports horse breeding GB, i cannot find anything inhand for her unless its a one, two or three year old. Well any inhand class is prety much limited to a 1,2,3 yr old unless its a native or coloured! im just abit annoyed that i cant seem to find anything to put my mare in or my tb :-( boo hiss!
 
:-/ when i looked it said it would be uploaded shortly so i looked at the 2010 stuff to get an idea. I could have prob got one via the post but thought id wait for it to be uploaded online.... unless i dreamt it.............
 
We entered online. It was kind of strange because the online entries were tabbed separately to the schedule so you had to look up classes then go to another bit of web site. The joys of the internet and it is supposed to make thing simpler!!!!!
 
i looked online 3weeks ago at what was on there and postal entries closed april 4th and online april 18th. i wanted to go to that but like u said China.. its states in bold.. no late entries aceppted :( x
