Battlefield fun ride last week / tomorrow

Thinking of going tomorrow but have some doubts.
Did any go to this last week?
What was it like ?
I need hills and not being able to see horses in other fields!

Sorry, I didn’t describe what I meant properly. I meant horses on the other side of a hedge going the other way.

We went last week.

Not sure it it will suit tbh - very flat and predominately around stubble fields. Think there were a couple of instances where horses were going opposite directions behind hedges too....? A very busy ride and horses everywhere, quite a few bottle necks at the beginning but got better as the ground opened up.

The ride is great if you want to jump, but he ground was like concrete last week, might be a bit better tomorrow with the recent rain though.

I think I will pass on it then. It sounds very similar to Upton Magna and both F and I hated that.

Have you looked at the Hales ride (all over fb), pay on day. That is on tomorrow, a far more scenic ride and less stubble fields and although not hilly a bit more undulating. Market Drayton way.....

Hales does seem more inviting. I looked but it is over 50 miles away. I used to live in North Shrops so it would be nice to ride there again but it is far too long a drive for me on my own plus riding.
I prefer the south Shropshire, north Herefordshire and Powys fun rides. They are similar to our home terrain.
