Baydale's Birthday - Another Bad Day

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY" sweet lots of hugs hope you dont feel to sad about your horse i know how you feel i had my shetland put to sleep i cryd my eyes up and i was sad for days i missed him so much but now i have a fjord i tryed to take my mind of it but i couldnt when i had my fjord and i started to cear for a horse again it tooke my mind of it so maybe if you get a horse it mite take your minde of it if you want eny help just send a private mesege if you dont want eny one to know hope you are ok lots of love izzy101!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lost Ben my welshie exactly a year ago, so feeling emotional already, but you and Bounty have set me off again.

RIP William Hill, he certainly looked fantastic, hope you get better soon, and obviously Happy Birthday .....as happy as it could be on such a sad day! x

Commiserations, funnily enough I noticed he had won no less than 9 BE classes when I was browsing results last week, how many horses can ever have achieved a record like that?
He sounds to have had a smashing semi retirement, and to be one of those horses who have a touch of greatness about them, what wonderful memories you must have.
What a lousy week you've had this year, tonight I'm drinking peach schnaps with frozen fruits instead of icecubes (believe me, I've had a rough day and need it) so I'll raise a glass to both of you..
I think you made exactly the right decision for him, to go with the sun shining and at his home is the way to do it, though it must have been hard for your family.
 
So very sorry to hear about William - how truly lovely to have such a great horse up until the very end. Happy birthday Baydale, chin up and a hug for this next little bit - I know it must be very hard right now.

He was a seriously classy horse and you're right, there will never be another one like him. So I'll raise a glass to William, but I'll raise one to you as well, for giving a horse the best innings they could possibly dream of xx

So sorry Baydale - he sounded and looked a truly tremendous horse.
Have only just caught up on this so am sat at my desk toasting him with a good cup of tea.
