It's in the top 10 read stories today. Not sure on all the advice, I understand the theory behind not running away but I'd assume the flight or fight trigger response would be overwhelming. Even midway through the article it says not much can be done and its down to the owners, but as we can see from various threads and in the news generally, there appears to be an increase in dangerous owners as much as an increase in dangerous dogs.
