BBC complaints no. re Olympia red button

Bloody bad form BBC

Red button should be available on free view. We've all got horses so no money or time to watch whatever's on Sky

I've arranged my whole night around the beeb's red button ... Only to have Raymond sodding blanc :mad::mad::mad:

Am lucky as I can get it. Coverage is brilliant tonight as they are doing it all live. Just watched the Lusitano display which looked so atmospheric on TV. Loved seeing it live on Friday and meeting up with three of the riders at Olympia (I spent a week training with one of them a couple of years ago). Even got to go and visit the horses in the Stables. How lucky am I?

but why not when there are red button channels free and empty on freeview? It isn't like they are choca with other stuff, they are bothering to record and commentate on it, they have advertised it (and on general listings it never mentions sky only when they do this :mad:).

talking to others some freeview+ seems to get it others don't so perhaps that is area specific?

and plenty of people have insufficient broadband speeds to be able to watch it online. Thankfully I am no longer one of them.
 
No red button here either. We don't have Sky or Freesat or Freeview, just a bog standard digibox. It's rubbish, we got the rest of the coverage as listed, but not tonight's, despite Clare Balding yesterday telling us all to tune in to the BBC Red Button this evening at 6.45 pm.

Suppose we should be grateful they're bothering to show it at all. :(
 
i sent a complain online as like others am freeview and nowhere on their site does it state that there will be coldplay on any channel and yet it advertises the red button as having olympia - false advertising anyone?!
