Road marks link horse thefts fear
Thieves may be targeting land where horses are present and leaving paint markings in the road to direct accomplices, police have said.

Homeowners in Monmouthshire are being asked to report suspicious activity, such as people using spray cans to paint marks on roads near their animal.

No horses have been stolen but Gwent Police said a concerned member of the public had pointed out some markings.

The Highways Authority confirmed it did not use the fluorescent paint involved.

Ah, but it was a hoax when YOU said it. Now the BBC has said it, it must be true.

Well someone was outside my house spraying the road with blue paint, nos. and arrows. And they were in a white van! Had Southern Water on the side. Very suspicious!!! Probably cloned...Not worried though as all of mine are worth much more in insurance values than if i sold them LOL!!
