Haha i am also locked in the house with curtains closed pretending i'm not home, horses out, dogs are here, plentiful supply of chocolate and popcorn, kettle in the next room - not leaving this sofa today!! Been looking forward to this since last year!
 
I'm gonna have to pace myself with the snacks - I've already eaten a whole bag of Haribo jelly men and it hasn't started yet!
 
Computer on, filling in candidate record sheets for pupils work with Badders on.... Working ok but at least I'm not bored! Wonder if the moderator will notice if horsey words creep in!
 
The course looks fab but I'm not enjoying how twisty a couple of these combinations are :/

Lovely horse. Those red over reach boots remind me of being a child and matching up all the colours for xc.

I had a bad week, woke up just now, logged on here and this was the first thread I saw. Thanks for the reminder OP :) that is my Saturday sorted.
 
Was loving watching Camilla Spears on her little chap. Shame they've just had a refusal. I've got to work at 3pm but have a secret weapon in the form of my tablet which may have to sneak into the office if I can get away with it!
 
i'm watching online, BBC website has it under the sports (and for anyone who has missed, you can put it back to the start!)

I'm currently about half an hour behind the TV, slept in and was able to set it back to the beginning so I could watch all of it :)

Ahh, thanks Lexi. I could get red button, it's just that it just wasn't listed in the sports available :?. In the end (after a tantrum on my part), His Lordship ran it from my lappie to the TV, so we got there in the end. Fab way to spend an afternoon!
 
Ahh no I wonder why she withdrew? So she didn't start xc at all? I didn't see her at all on tv and don't think they even mentioned it at all

Going by previous years the BBC2 show will start with around an hour of highlights from the XC followed by a selection from the last 10 jumpers interspersed by rider interviews that usually happen when you want to see the live jumping. I find it exceptionally irritating, not least because you never see the first out-of-order round of those riders with two horses in the top ten.

I don't understand why the BBC doesn't show live showjumping on the red button too :(

Boo! Could be a really interesting day with only 2 poles between the top riders.
 
I was at it so couldn't record it but is there anywhere I can watch it now? Really want to see it.

Show jumping is only on from 2pm today :(
