Hi I used bcg injection for my mare after liverpool cream failed, it took 4 injs but never came back, hers was on corner of eye (by tear duct) it was more of a lump like walnut size and gradual shrunk then vamooshed!!
Best of luck iits worth a try imho.

About 20 years ago a mare I owned had a sarcoid appear - it was cut out then bcg injection and it never came back - I owned her for another 10+ years after that, until she was pts (for something else).

Good luck

One of mine had bcg injections for sarcoids in her eye lids (3 of them, assorted sizes).

I think she had about 8 injections in total. All were done at surgery in case of anaphylactic shock. I was told to expect the eye to swell up horrendously, and that once it 'broke' out we would be on the way to success.

I never had any swelling or ulceration, but I did give her thuja for a few days before and after every treatment. The Vet was very sceptical about this, but agreed it would do no harm. After 3 injections he was amazed that she never had any swelling, on the 4th jab, he asked me more about it, and by the end of the course he said he was going to recommend it to others, as although he had no proof it helped, it was the only case they had ever had that didn't swell and ulcerate.

Oh, and BTW, they never came back. She was about 8 when she had the treatment and she is now 16.
