BD and Sprenger stirrups

Are the Sprenger flexi-type stirrups allowed for BD? Especially the Bow Balance ones? I'd hate to shell out £100 and then be told I can't use them for dressage! (I'm thinking more because they're fairly blue and may be quite conspicuous compared to "normal" irons or the "normal" Sprenger ones?)

I ride in my Sprenger ones at BD but I dont have the ones with the blue on. A couple of my friends wear them too in dressage.

You can't really see the blue when your foot is in the stirrup so I can't imagine they would be too bothered?

Ah well I so want some I'll just go and get them anyway, and I can use my fillis irons for dressage if necessary!
