Hope someone can help. What do the rules state regarding what to wear with Black jackets?

I don't think there is a rule, I think its only showing that has the rules about black and tweed jacket etc.

some thing as you would with blue! cream/white jods, gloves, plain coloured shirt with tie/stock & gloves mush be worn, plain hat

Thanks, wasn't sure if could be worn with collar and tie or just stock.
