BD. I've caused a rule change!

Rule 141 a] vi]This rule meant that the riders that qualified for the new novice and elementary restricted freestyle that got placed in top 10 with above 65% were going to be out of restricted in that level .I emailed BD and they put it to the rule committee and it has been decided that ...The top 10 scoring over 68% at champs will have to do open at that level in freestyle but will still be able to do regionals of non freestyle classes at restricted.
I am very proud of changing a BD rule. So IF we do well at champs we can still do our Novice rest. regional at summers.

I know ,I got an email this afternoon, I knew it had gone to the rule committee but never expected to get a result. Now they can do their best in all the classes and still do summer rest. regionals
 
No, you can still do the regional in restricted in the ordinary classes ,it will only be the music classes that have to be open.Great result if you have qualified in the rest. music
 
Any chance you can get them to change the new rule about needing two wins both at qualifiers to get through? The non-qualifier classes around here are practically empty and I can really see why - not that I am expecting to win (rather the opposite!) but if I were to win (with a decent percentage) I would not want it wasted!
