BD legal snaffle bit

Hi All,
My horse currently goes really nice in a full fixed cheek single jointed rubber snaffle, but today I found out by one of the professionals I use for my horses well-being that these bits are not BD legal. I have tried to find information on this but can only see that loose ring single jointed snaffle and not the fixed full cheek ones.
mid anyone could enlighten me I would very much appreciate it. Thanks

That should be perfectly fine- rubber is fine, single jointed is fine, full cheek is fine.
