I have three lots of results now that are still not up... one of which was on 14th February

I know it is my fault, but I have lost count of my points too, not that it is important as we are not any impressive numbers yet...

I just don't get how it can take so long!
 
It is really strange... it seems they are getting even slower at getting results onto the website in my opinion. And yet the sunshine tour are all up the day they have been completed

There is even one from the venue I have not had results up from when the regionals ran there which were two weeks after the one I am waiting for!!!
 
That's been said before, but if you ask BD they will say it is becuase of being a small team blah blah blah.

They got a real slating on their forum a few weeks ago and they stayed back on a Sat to load all the results on.

I agree Becki about the Sunshine tour results, so irritating that they think these are more important. They can prob be found elsewhere anyway.
 
Some venues can be slow, but it is not entirely that.

You may not have noticed, but a little thing called the Regional championships have been running over the last month. There is a terrific amount of supporting work for these that goes on in the office and they have to take priority over inputting results from other shows.

In the last week the Winter Championshiop wildcards had to be sorted, publicised and letters sent out. Also the Area Festival wildcards, which are done slightly differently as they are based on numbers available after entries received from those qualified by right. They were also completed last week with letters arriving as early as Saturday to those lucky enough to get a wildcard.

So the staff aren't sitting there twiddling their thumbs and not bothering, they're flat out on other work.

The seven week delay could very well be a problem with the feed into the web site, as could a missing class from a show with other results published. The results are not posted directly onto the web, but go onto the back office system, from which there is a daily feed to the web. Sometimes this can go wrong, and the only way the office will know is if you tell them that something that should be there isn't.
 
I understand that they are incredibly busy, especially with the regionals running and the winters coming up, but what I do not understand is how one venue has two lots of results missing and yet their regional results are up already?

I heard on the grape vine (ie. on here

) that there was an idea that the venues were going to put the information in themselves... I think this would be a good option if BD are struggling.
