BD Native Champs roll call?

Anyone else going? The prelim and novice classes look HUGE
I'm there on weds (which looks quiet) and Thurs which is a bit busier, should be a good show if last year is anything to go by

I'm going with my Welsh D Alex.He is doing prelim and novice with his young rider.We went last year to Solihull and had a fab time.Do you know if they have split the classes again due to numbers of entries?May see you there?Alex is 14.2, black with a wonky strip and unruly mane which will be plaited into submission by said young rider!He also blows raspberries so you will probably hear him before you see him...Lucy

Have a great time Lucy I looked at the times and for the bigger classes they seem to have split into Welsh/other breeds/partbreds but don't quote me on that...

I am noticing a part bred section ... IHW wonders how many raised eyebrows there would be with a 17hh+ native part bred entered

oh none whatsoever I'm sure IHW, last year the PB section was mainly horses that looked like WBs...

stick it in the calendar for next year!

I did qualify for the prelim but as we only just scraped three scores of 60 I decided it was a long way to go for 5mins to come last! I also would have to upgrade my membership and the costs of entries and stabling put me off! I hope you all have fun!

Little things you are not told when you book Hope you get sorted and your classes are not finishing after dark as its no fun trying to finish in the dark.

Yep great value I've caved and bought another bale of shavings to soak up some mud!

However, staff are friendly and the surfaces are lovely, arenas nicely decorated... enjoyable first day as the other lorry campers are nice folk and Kira tried her best!
