Is this 14 points at the higher level? Sorry am having a no memory day. I was trying to work out whether to request a downgrade or not

Yes... so say you have a horse competing Novice, you can now have 14 elementary points before they have to go in the open section.

Thats what I thought thank you, I have 10 and I can't decide if it worth doing or not really.

yes, but did you get those 10pts since the new rule came in? if not you have to apply to be 'downgraded' back down to novice restricted, otherwise you have to carry on competing novice open.

I emailed BD 2 weeks ago to down-grade my rider grp. I had a letter yday in the post to say they had downgraded me!
