BD question

As a newbie.... why is it free to register your horse with BD to do Prelim Bronze or Gold, but not Silver? Sorry, I genuinely don't understand

Mind you, quite a relief I don't have to pay to register my boy for a while yet

I would imagine it's to do with regionals. You could qualify for Areas but for regionals at Prelim there is only Silver section.

Thanks both - that subtlety had passed me by Hmmm, and I was hoping to get to the regionals too....
