BD Regionals Roll Call

Me. I'm also off to Addington for the Prelim. This will be our first regionals and luckily I have one last run through Prelim 17 on the 27th July. My aim is to not come last. The way things are going at the moment that could be a big ask!
 
As said before - that'll be me..trying not to be last! Not been able to do P17 in a competition, so am trying to get to a 20 x 60 to practise. And do P15 at comp instead!

Good luck, will be huge classes I think.

Another first timer. Elementary Restricted at Somerford THIS SATURDAY eeek!
Pootleperkin it was Prelim that had over 100 entries and is split into 3 sections. "Only" 51 in Elementary (2 sections)

My first time doing Prelim at Mount Ballan on Thurs, know I'm not allowed to carry a whip and that's about it! Travelling up the night before so hopefully get to show her around on Weds night :)

We're staying nearby, my warm up isn't till 12.07 then I'm in section B at 17.19 so a bit more sociable but will be very late home :)
 
Lucky! Will say hello if I see you! We're travelling on the day - Ballan's only about 30 mins away on a good run. Going to be on the yard at 5am I think!

Yes, will defo say hello! I'm in Plymouth so travelling up tomorrow afternoon, early start for you but nice to be so close! Good luck :D

Have they split it? Mount Ballan have about 47 in the Prelim and it's been split into two (uneven for some reason) sections... Not sure how that will effect number of qualifiers...

I've just pretty much loaded the lorry for tomorrow, now it's time to go and bath the pony!!! Eek!

Are you in section 1 or 2? Sorry, no idea of your name or horses name.
Following our lesson last night it looks like we will make it down the centre line. Srping seems to be back to moving properly although the 3 weeks of not schooling has certainly had and effect. Still could be worse, we might not have made it at all.
Stabling overnight on friday and will probably spend large amount of time in the arena walk friday afternoon.
We're section 1, Spring Tryste.
Say hello if you see us.

It was our first time staying away from home at a comp and at anything of this size. It all blew my mares mind to be honest and we got our worst scores ever! She just got very stressed and excited and the fact we got in the arena and went though our test was a bit of a miracle, lol.
But, I'm glad we went, have learnt lots for the future and the experience will be invaluable :D
