Qualified prelim and novice [just got letters] Think going to pet plan instead at novice [if that's allowed!] Can't go to The college ec as on honey moon but choice of Addington or Ingliston which do you think? Both on same day for prelim

Ohhh, well done!!! Shame you cant go to The College I could have met up with you!!! Mind you, Honeymoon sounds more fun!!! Hope you are going somewhere nice, my hubby is into drag racing so we went to Santapod Race track for our honeymoon, although we did go to USA a year later!!

Choice of venue .... ummm Addington there is always tough competition there... not to say there is not anywhere else.. dont get me wrong!! It is a lovely venue and just seen the re-vamped Addington... it is very posh and very well equipped. Indoors is spectacular and outdoors has, I think, 3 arenas, cafe is FAB and there is also a restaurant. If it is indoors the seating/watching area is Fab. Do not know much about Ingliston though...

I'd say Addington is the toughest regional there is in terms of the competition and numbers, but super facilities! Don't know about Ingliston, sorry.

Oh bum!!! ok, options, AF for both Prelim and Novice and then do Winters Prelim and Novice at Regionals???? Presume you have no points yet at BD so have to postpone Regionals... sure you will qualify winters???!!! either that or postpone your wedding.

Haven't booked honeymoon yet but it is causing hassle as I can't find a week that is free and that I can get off work. I would be happy with just 4 days away but he has other ideas and I can understand. I'll let you know how it turns out

Well Ingliston is lovely - very friendly (specially compared to Addington!) and lovely indoor and outdoor schools. Last year they did the classes outdoors, warmup indoors. The stabling is onsite - and good food etc there too. If it isnt too far for you, I go there.

Ok ,at the moment plan is just go away for a few days then if we qualify for riding club ht champs do them on 5 - 6 aug and Addington following week or if we don't qualify[ which is more likely] go to the college[ honeymoon bit later in year]
I know ,but we always get our way don't we.
