BD rules filtering down to RC?

For the first time i'm a member of a riding club so just learning the rules etc i was super pleased when the new 'grackles are allowed' rule was bought in by BD as my horse goes much better in this than anything else, i dont use it as a cover up for bad habits she just prefers this distribution of pressure and really doesn't like the cavesson and where it does up on the bottom jaw.

So i'm just wondering if this rule is likely to filter down to RC rules as RC dressage is currently the only place i cant use this noseband, having not been in the riding club long i dont know how much effect outsider organisations rule changes have an effect on RC rules.

haven't a clue but as a bodge in the meantime could you position a flash quite high to give a similar effect? Or is she better in a mexican grackle?

A search has found that they have taken on all the tack changes as from July, you will need to check your RC is up to date and that they are aware.

I believe they took on all the changes at the same time as BD - but it for any queries like this, it is always worth contacting your area rep who will be best placed to advise
