Hi

I was wondering if anyone knows of any good BD trainers in this area ideally approx 20 mile radius of Wincanton? Can travel but don't have the time to travel too much further!

Thanks :)

All do dressage training. Nicki is based at Burcott nr Wells & is excellent. Shena is based at Half Moon but I believe will travel. Bridget and Helen both will travel but I'm not sure how far.

Sally Goodwin Davis at Kingfisher has fantastic facilities - lovely indoor with new surface - it's quite a few years since I did any training with her but from memory she is good.

Nicki would be my first choice but all are very good.

Depends if you want someone to come to you or if you prefer to go to them.

Sally goodwin davies is v good - at kingfisher. And although he is an event trainer Robin Dumas is fantastic at rosamund green farm.

Another vote for Sally Goodwin-Davis at Kingfisher. She is very good although I have found her to be less good with problem horses. If your horse has the basics and is fairly good to school then she is fantastic.

May be a little far (near churchill/langford south of bristol) but my sis trains with Nicola Cooper and says she is very good, also has lovely yard and facilities.

We were at livery there for a while and had a very problematic horse, and she was fab i have to say :)

Nikki and Bridget are both very good! I strongly reccommend them!
Also Delerie Chambers from Yetminster is good.

I go to Tracey Collis (was Crutcher) at Half Moon. She does a lot with BYRDS and trains ponies/young riders to FEI, but I have always found her very good with adults too. We use her for Riding Club clinics too. PM me if you want her mobile number.

Where abouts is her yard? I am around that area and looking for livery with BD trainers/riders. I haven't been able to find any info or contact details for her.
