I have just checked my results on BD and although I have points apparently I have no results.

I know this has happened to a few other people on here and I was just wondering whether you contacted BD or just left it til they sorted it out?
 
How can they sort it out if they don't know where the problems are?

It is almost certainly a problem with the feed from back office DB to the web - email through the details so the issue can be looked at.
 
Hey, I think the entire results section is down at the mo. I checked mine earlier as well & it says "This member doesnt exist;" I imagine the problem will be resolved asap!
 
Glad it's not just me, I have 3 results now but am still missing a load, perhaps they will reappear throughout the day.
 
They had all my results on bar the latest one, so OK.

However, somehow they'd managed to credit the first two tests I'd done on the new neddy to the old rider......

I just went in and now they have 'lost' loads of results that were previously there!

The points total is correct for both horses but the site says that there are no results for this season!

Emailed them on Tuesday to say I was still unable to log in and was usig my OH's details to look at results. None of Diva's results are showing - only the three from her previous owner from 2006. Blitz's results are only up to April and according to them I don't exist either.
As yet not had a reply - was really looking forward to the new lauch but so far am really disapointed.
 
Bananaman, that's exactly what has happened to me, all the points are still there but now I only seem to have 3 results which is still an improvement on last night. I'm guessing the system has gone down somehow. So frustating though.
 
Worried1 , that really is frustrating, at least I can get into the system and my results were originally correct even if subsequently they have disappeared. Can't say I am too impressed with the website though. There is also no mention on their of the new ruling regarding points etc which is due to come into place in Jan. I would have thought that they would have wanted to publicise that. I know it was in the magazine but still...
 
Just been on and checked again. Now it lists no results but gives her 8 points! How does that work?

How can she have points without any results????
 
When you are juggling entries for several different horses it is important to be able to have an up to date record of who has what points and is still eligible for what classes.
I work full-time so often do entries late at night or at weekends which can make it hard to ring BD and check queries.

Don't you keep your own record of points?? I've got mine in my diary, get a result, write it in and add the points on to the total, simple.
Saves faffing about keep checking the BD site. I think they've got a long way to go before they get it to the same standard as BE results?
 
Hmmm - they are in a bit of a mess.

I've checked the results of half a dozen or so horses whose total points I know, and those totals are all correct, though the individual results listings are clearly completely up the creek.

Perfectly possible that the total and the individual results are different as they will be maintained separately. Unlike the old website results db, which only showed total points for the results displayed, this version shows a true total, including any points allocated on importation or by assessment - not just the sum of the results shown.

Stick with it. BD know about the problems and are working with the external programmers to get it sorted. They also know that accurate results are probably the single biggest thing that members want from the website, so are taking it all seriously.
 
No I don't - I shouldn't need to. That is why we pay membership fees and the whole point of a results section on a website.
Plus it is not always possible to hang around waiting for classes to finish so we often leave SAE for sheets to be posted.
 
omg I cant even find my results, could someone do a search for me on Sicco B, we seem to have dissapeared and I'm sure we were there last week

I have just checked my results again and it all seems to be updated now just to let you know. Mind you my 33 points don't look nearly as impressive now as when I had gained them from 3 shows!
