I said yesterday I can only get my horses results/points up if I go into results put in a show that we did well in ,click on that then on my name then I get his points/results.
Troi said there is something wrong and I should be able to put in a horse or rider and get full history and to phone to sort it.
I don't want to phone and waste their time if it is me doing it wrong. Bear with me and explain how I search a horse or rider simply please
 
I haven't done it for a while, but I thought you could search on your horse's name, and then open up all the dates to get the whole of his history for all years.
 
You need to be logged in first and then when you click on results it gives you the option to search for rider record or horse record but the facility is only available once you are logged in. It is working OK for me.
 
When I click on results the following options open up under it:
Latest Results
Search for a show
Search horse competition record
Search rider competition record
Rider rankings
Top performing horses
Top performing riders

I just click on Search horse competition record and then type in Grace's name.
 
When you registered on the website did you had to give your membership number?

If not you may just have an account which anyone can have and you may need to find the bit where you giver your membership number and postcode I think

I think Snowball_beasty has that answer!

I had this problem when I first registered and apparently I somehow managed to register as a web member only or something. If you give the membership office a call they will sort it out for you in a couple of minutes!
 
Yup, membership number need then you can find out your horses results and any other horse you wish or rider etc...... not just a web member though as this will not allow you to do this...
