BE Ballot first-timer question!

Disclaimer - may be a stupid question!

A friend and I have entered Keysoe (3) as our first BE run, both on tickets, ballot date was midday today. I understand entries weren't high and yesterday they were advertising a start-fee refund if you didn't want to run XC etc. so I assumed it wasn't too busy and from the BDWP entries it doesn't seem packed either.

My questions is, when do we find out if we're in or not? Are we in if entries are still open now (past the ballot date) or are we still waiting for a confirmation message?

Sorry, possibly a stupid question but have been on tenterhooks waiting to see if our entries were accepted today and now just a bit confused!

Hi,

You’ll either get a text or just keep having a look at your name on bdwp- if you’ve been balloted it will say balloted next to it fairly shortly after the ballot date.

However I’ve just checked keysoe (and I’m entered as well!) and every class is still open for entries so you absolutely won’t get balloted.

If it has passed the ballot time and entries are still open they wont be balloting so you can safely assume you are in

If entries have closed, its likely they will ballot so do keep an eye on their FB page as they do update it regularly and might put something on there
