I'm starting to event this year (Stafford will be my first!) and wondered if anyone could tell me what types of movements are included in the dressage tests of each level please?
BE90 is a lower level BD prelim (walk, trot, canter, 20m circles, trot walk trot transitions, free walk,)
BE100 is like a higher level BD prelim (walk, trot, canter, 20m circles, some 10m loops, trot walk trot transitions, free walk,)
Novice is like a BD Novice (walk, trot, canter, medium trot, medium canter, extended or free walk, leg yield, serpentines, rein back, counter canter)
and Intermediate is like a BD Elementary (walk, trot, canter, medium trot, medium canter, extended or free walk, counter canter, simple changes, 10m circles, shoulder in.)
Not competed above intermediate so can't comment on Advanced! Have fun BE is great - so well organised compared to PC/Unaffiliated events which makes the day so much smoother, and the courses are lovely
