BE Entries online - HELP!

Am trying to enter an event online. It gets as far as letting me enter my details etc. I press 'Save & Close' and nothing happens.

I've rebooted and tried again but still nothing. Is this something wrong with my computer, or the site?

When you save and close does it come up in the first row on the multi entry form?

No, nothing happens. I presume it's supposed to come up on that multi-entry form so I can fill in my credit card details??

I think it's my bloomin' computer!
